1. Wholesale Operations & Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We operate strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale supplier. To maintain our pricing structure, every product in our catalogue is subject to a strict Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). Minimum order quantity varies by product and is shown on each product page. Orders not meeting this requirement cannot be processed.

2. Order Verification & Processing

Because we handle bulk shipments, all orders are subject to manual verification by our operations team. The placement of an order on the website does not constitute a legally binding fulfillment contract until the order is manually verified, and payment (or the required COD advance) is successfully collected.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Payments

For customers opting for Cash on Delivery, a mandatory advance payment is required before the order is dispatched. This advance payment serves as a commitment fee to cover initial logistics.If you refuse the delivery of a COD order upon its arrival, the advance payment will be entirely forfeited to offset the two-way shipping and handling costs incurred by LensShine.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on quantity slabs and the delivery location. While we strive to dispatch verified orders quickly, all delivery timelines provided are estimates. 5. Custom Branding and Printing

Requests for product customization, custom branding, or printed labels are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to separate offline agreements, higher MOQs, and different pricing or payment terms. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp to discuss customized orders.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publishing on this page.
